I studied at Hawaii Healing Arts College in Honolulu Hawaii 2014. I love my job, I enjoy helping people relieve pain and discomfort that our day to day lives brings us and relaxation massage to reduce stress. I believe my massages are not just relaxation but very therapeutic, I customize my massages to fit the needs of my clients. I want my clients to feel relaxed but also feel relieved from the pain or discomfort they were having before their appointment. I enjoy Cupping, I believe it not only helps with chronic static pain but also helps with over all balance in the body.
I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2015. I specialize in custom therapeutic massage focusing on pain and stress relief. I certified in cupping therapy in 2019 to continue to find ways to help the body relax. I believe massage is one of the most important self-care routines you can do, followed by water, exercise and rest. I moved to Las Cruces in 2016 and I look forward to helping my clients with all their health goals.
Cristina Lugo attended Massage Therapy Training Institute, graduated and licensed in 2013 and was awarded 2021 & 2022 The Las Cruces Bulletin’s Best Massage Therapist of the Mesilla Valley. I enjoy building a relationship with each client and create each massage session to my client’s specific needs. I specialize in sports therapy and I am Sport Stretch certified. I believe daily stretching and exercise is key to live a, pain free, healthier lifestyle. I have received my certification in cupping therapy in 2019 as well as several other certifications throughout my years as a massage therapist. I am driven to learn different modalities and always searching for more continuing education courses in order to improve my clients daily living.
Salina has been an esthetician for the last 14 years. After graduating from BSI Cosmetology in 2008, she went on to study at the international Dermal Institute in Scottsdale AZ. She’s continued her education yearly at IDI in Scottsdale and New York in hopes that she will stay current with the latest in skincare. Her passion is providing relaxing treatments and helping her clients feel and look their best.
